No scale, so no idea. But I'm exercising, joined the gym, summer is here... and still off the booze (day 135). And so it goes...
237.5 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is amazing how much food you can add back into your diet when you eliminate the calories from drinking. I got tired of how booze made me feel and act, so I decided to quit, and other than the occasional social pressure, I've never missed it. Over time I reduced drinks that were loaded with calories by diluting them with water. Eventually, I switched to 100% water and unsweet tea (at restraunts). I don't crave sugar drinks anymore.
