Weighed in at 230 flat. 2 lbs is better than no lbs lost. I'm going to tortoise this one, I've tried the Hare approach, it's too hard.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
