Bad news. Must learn to eat less. I intent to document everything I eat. I intent to form the habit of being aware of each and everything I put in my head via my mouth.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
