Lost a pound. Not bad considering my choices lately. Not the best. I’m like a yo yo. That’s ok. I’m giving myself leeway to be a human.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
