In the month of NOvember I slow down on jogging. I was not in the mood to do anything. I lost my sister that month and in the month of December I fell in a depress mood. Plus the weather was cold, raining, and mudding. I did go jogging on weekends but I just got busy watching the kids and visting my other sisters at their apt. I was not eating a lot of food. I was eating the same but not exercising. I miss that. What happen is on January 17, 2015 was a fun run of one mile. I was way out of shape and breathing heavyly. My 5yrs son said " come on ma'm you could do this."
But this is a new year and it's February and I'm going to start up jogging again.
