What I have learned from reality television is that saying it out loud to others keeps people on track. When I was writing the blog each week, and had to show calories in/out as well as the weight, I was completely motivated. When I got tired of the blog, it was a whole lot easier to say "screw it" and gobble up some Ben & Jerry's. :)
