Weeks like this are super disappointing to me... my calories was relatively on point, I work out an hour every day... my workouts have always been good bc I enjoy it, but the nutrition I thought I did good this week. Makes me want to give up on it.
129.6 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
steady weight

Hang in there. Your body is most likely getting use to the new weight and you’re also building muscle, toning up. On a side note, I just realized (should have been obvious to me) that my sleeping more is helping me lose weight. I use to average 4-6 now I’m up to 6-8. Best wishes.

I have found that doing everything just right cab backfire on me. What works now may not work later and the more you lose the harder it gets.

When you want to give up, stop and take a breather. Success is often just around the bend. Godspeed!

Have you checked your inches? You may be losing inches instead of pounds. Don't give up!

It's the exercise. makes your muscles swell. Every midwinter I'd leave the packhouse and start on the orchard work. All day, every day walking, climbing, bending over; irrigation, thinning, pruning... and I wouldn't lose an ounce. Come early summer I'd be back in teh packhouse doing almost no exercise and 5 - 10 kg would fall off in 3 days as I peed out all the retained water from the exercise. :)

Also try cutting back on the breads and pastas.

Thanks everyone! Enjoyed a much needed Cinco de Mayo dinner with friends! Back at it today strong bc it's a lifestyle change after all anyways! BabyBomb I did do my measurements and overall down 4 inches in my waist.

You might need to adjust intake & output if you get stuck here for another week or two. When you lose weight, your BMR goes down. You also burn fewer calories during your workouts. Don't get frustrated over a week without loss. Just make some minor adjustments.

Don’t give up you have the right idea. Sometimes it’s a little change in your schedule that may be leading to plateau.
