I'm starting over. I got overwhelmed last time by trying to do too much change at once. Adding in some walking and not obsessing on food just cutting portions is the plan.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
