I have no idea how I lost any weight. I got caught up in the munchies yesterday and blew it with cheez it and peanut butter filled pretzels. I’m starting off today right though with butter coffee.
109.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
