Very small drop this week, but I’m ok with it since I had a huge drop the week before. Started kick boxing and lifting weights again, so hopefully putting on some muscle. 🙏🏻
306.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
