This past week was a write off except for one 1/2 hour swim that felt really good, but gave me a sore neck the next day. I have been tempted by junk food both salty and sweet. Bought spiced peas as a better alternative to other chips, but then eat too many of them too.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
