Ugh so frustrating! Gained 2 pounds this weigh in! I was soooo good other than going over my 1200 cal a day a couple hundred. Maybe I should up my calories to 1400 cuz I seem to need more food! Wish me strength to hopefully lose next weigh in! Thank you for reading this! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
154.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

There are many reasons besides overeating that can cause a temporary weight increase. l'm thinking it will be gone in no time.

Your progress is very good, so don't be discouraged by a little back sliding. When I am fighting hunger, I drink a full glass of water and then find an activity to distract myself. Please know that as you lose weight, your body burns fewer calories, unless you increase your activity level. Of course, as you get lighter, it is easier to be more active. Good progress!!!
