Reached a little over 10000 steps yesterday. I have today to complete the first week of the 10000 step challenge. :) Somehow the .4 on my weight yesterday fell off on the chart so I still am losing weight with dropping to .2.
Went to a movie, but ate a couple of rice cakes and an apple before going, which helped keep me from the popcorn laden with butter and salt. Plan to get my shoes on and get a two mile walk in going to the store to pick up some nonfat milk.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
