I started this diet on 19th jan, aiming to do 2 fast days a weeks so far not too bad, hoping to keep it up. In Aug 2013 I weighed 150 kilos, would like to be 75 by my 50th birthday in dec this year 24 kilos to go........ I have joined the fasting challenge. Good luck everyone xxx

thanks for your comment, not really head start just half way there, are you doing the fast diet, seems to be working form me, lost 4 lb this week but first week so guessing will be less generally. Good luck to you too
