bad eating today..PMS time...over by a lot...will get back on track...not giving up
191.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1900 kcal Fat: 56.88g | Prot: 105.76g | Carb: 259.92g.   Breakfast: Egg White, Olive Oil, Egg, Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash Flat Bread, 2% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Sugar. Lunch: Carnation Hot Cocoa Mix with Marshmallows Nestle Cocoa Mix, Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Tomatoes, White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked). Dinner: Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Broccoli & Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast, Instant Mashed Sweet Potatoes. Snacks/Other: Blueberries, Vanilla Yogurt (Lowfat), Granola - Montain Medley, Peaches, TLC Chewy Granola Bars - Trail Mix. more...
