I had a bad few weeks, over christmas and i ate a lot more then i usually do. Unfortunatelt my weight went back on, but i can easily get rid of it with a bit more effort now i'm back to my usual eating habits
158.7 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 47.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
