I am looking forward to starting, again. Sunday is the first day of eating well, healthy and less. No more thinking that I'll be deprived. I wasn't deprived last time, so I just need to wrap my head around it this time. I need to find some desserts this time & set mini goals to focus on rather than the whole thing. Preparedness is the key so I'm going to find recipes that can be frozen ahead to cook in the crockpot or to reheat in a moments notice. Always have acceptable foods available to eat.
