Another funeral yesterday, but handled the diet ok. Starting the challenge in 2 hours (really weird to start at 11 PM, but maybe it really is starting at midnight Eastern). The challenge is 12 pounds in 12 weeks. My goal is 20 pounds in 12 weeks. Additionally, I am supposed to do cardio exercises for 30 minutes 5 days a week. Since I have not done any exercising in FOREVER, my goal will be to do exercises of any kind for 30 minutes 5 days a week. Sleeping 5 hours a night should not be a problem.

I have the ability to do this and stick with it - GO BRENDA - to a New You!!!!!
187.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
