A big meh on the weight but I did a 2.5 min plank yesterday! I seem to follow a pattern on weight loss lingering for weeks at the same point. I never give up 🤓
182.1 lb Lost so far: 10.9 lb.    Still to go: 37.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
