I've done well on the water and meal front, but haven't been consistent with exercise and caught myself snacking in late afternoon. I have trouble not snacking from around 4 pm even when I know I'll be making and eating dinner soon.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
