I ate at 8pm last night because of all of the activities we had going and I wanted to make sure I got in enough protein, big mistake, at 10pm when I went to bed I could still feel the tuna fish trying to go down. I use the scale to keep me motivated, sorry not sorry, I know some say that is not right but I say whatever works... Anyway, I step on the scale last night just to compare how much water weight I retain through the day and I had dropped a pound from my weigh in that morning. Thought for sure I would show a gain this morning due to late evening meal but ended up dropping a total of 1.7 pounds. I look at other folks' food diaries and WISH I could consume the amount of carbs others do and still lose weight. I have found since 2010 that very high protein, low fat and very low carb with lots of water is the perfect formula for me. Now, I need to start making some fitness goals once I get through the toughest part of starting back up on this eating routine. I know this weight loss will 'feel' good but it is not going to 'look' good after a while with the amount I want to lose if I do not start toning.
