The joys of trying to find a healthy weight loss plan. I know I will finally find what works for me. Patience and trial and error. I will persevere.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yea it will come, but this app helps so much with monitoring calories. Are you in a calorie deficit weekly/ daily?

Yes and no. Tried intermittent fasting and keto couple of months back confused myself more and kidneys again. Lost 14kg three years ago just staying in my calories for the day on this app. Problem is I want fast quick fix results. Just need to change my mindset and what works for me. The frustration is real 🤔 and some days I give up and get angry that I haven't lost when I know I can lose the 14kg.

Nah no diets or eating plans. Eat everything you want in moderation and keep in your daily AND weekly deficit. Tracking what you eat accurately is key

Patience and consistency is key. If you looking for results for long term you need to do it properly. A diet is for quick short term losses but not sustainable over long term and you will hate your life.
