So hard getting down to the 72s

161.6 lb Lost so far: 42.1 lb. Still to go: 2.9 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 0.4 lb a week

I am having trouble getting back down to 83's been there a week or so back and jumped back to 85....feel your pain
