I am in a lot of pain today by my ankle. I know I should walk today but need to finish my housework also. Just need to finish laundry and putting away the clothes then will take a walk. Lost 10 plus pounds last week and hopefully will lose again this week. My TOPS groups was a real downer and I didn't like it but I can't quit as I am the leader, need to figure out how to get the other ladies out of their doldrums. They seem so depressed and want to give up on their weight loss journey. I need to talk to someone else on what to do. Wish me luck!
