Crazy! Been trying for the last 3 days but that's apparently not enough to stop the 'gain' momentum. Not to worry - diet is not about being rewarded with Loss on a day-to-day basis. Let's see what Weigh In looks like in a few days time 😊😉
213.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 92.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
