Did great before the cruise which was over a month ago. On the Cruise I only gained 4 pounds problem is havent gone back to my complete diet and exercise. BAD ME. I havent really excersised at all still take the stairs, walk when I can to do something and do housework but that is not enough. I havent gone back to my old eating habits but I am deffinatly going over the Calories I should to lose weight. Need to buckle down, Weighing in and getting back on track. This weekend we are having a huge party for our friend who is home from SC and I will be drinking but in moderation... Summer is hard, lots of activites, things to eat and drink. I have to get myself together and get in shape and loose the rest of my weight well before my wedding. Wish me Luck!!!
