A 1/2 POUND IS A 1/2 POUND. BUT GOSH!!!!!! I WORKED REALLY HARD AT IT THIS PAST WEEK. THE WEIGHT IS COMING OFF SOOOO SLOW, I THOUGHT BY NO I WOULD BE 1/2 WAY THERE AT LEAST. BUT I SHOULDN'T COMPLAIN, 1/2 POUND IS BETTER THAN A GAIN ANY DAY.
