I am so excited about my first loss of the new year! It feels good to be exercising and eating right again. I just completed 20 miles on the bike and 20 minutes of calisthenics. Once the weather warms up, I definitely want to start running again.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
