1522 kcal Fat: 43.48g | Prot: 118.11g | Carb: 167.85g.   Breakfast: publix sour cream, spa cuisine slamon with basil: wild salmon, whole wheat orzo pasta, spinach and carrots in a basil sauce. Lunch: raspberries, all natural hummus classic, toufayan bakeries wraps whole wheat, publix nonfat sour cream, tomato, chicken. Dinner: cannellini white kidney beans, ham, Amport foods pine nuts, Bolthouse Farms Creamy Yogurt Dressing Honey Mustard, Greenwood whole pickled beets, romaine lettuce, tomato. Snacks/Other: valio real goodness 199% lactose free Fat Free Milk High Protein, lower in sugar, Dr. Sears Zone Cereal Honey Almond, Judy the Greats Smoothie. more...
