A little lacking in the journaling this past week or so but I have been busy at work and also planning our vacation in May. This week is going to be a little challenging to stay consistent because I have to travel for work on Tuesday and Wednesday. I am going to try my hardest to stay in range. It will be good practice because I will be traveling for work again in a few months but for like a week and a half and it is much tougher then.
Have been on the treadmill mostly and doing some strength training. My coworkers and I have been planking at work at 10:30 and 3:00 daily. It’s been a fun addition. The first day we did them on the carpet and I got rug burn near my elbows which still hasn’t healed up. Now we use a yoga mat.

Good luck on the travel eating. It's difficult but not impossible to find options that fit your WOE. Nice Job on the treadmill and strength training 🙌

Thanks otb 🙂 It is one of my bigger struggles. Slowly I am getting better at not making the wrong choices.
