Feeling embarrassed about such a big addition in weight. I really spoilt myself during the festive season, however Im back on track to lose again! Anyone in?
149.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

763 kcal Fat: 21.70g | Prot: 25.09g | Carb: 131.61g.   Breakfast: Whole Wheat Cake with Fruit and Nuts without Icing, Fresh & Easy Fruit Salad, Fuze Green Tea with Honey. Lunch: Cabbage with Meat Soup, Cooked Pumpkin (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Green String Beans (Fat Added in Cooking), Cooked Green Banana in Salt Water. Dinner: Lettuce Salad with Avocado, Tomato, and/or Carrots. Snacks/Other: Lipton Pure Leaf Unsweetened Iced Tea. more...
