929 kcal Fat: 23.97g | Prot: 59.71g | Carb: 118.05g.   Breakfast: Fruit Bowls - Tropical Fruit, Mexican Finely Shredded Cheese, 100% Pure Florida Orange Juice, egg beaters. Lunch: Dark Chocolate Bar, cole slaw, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner: smart ones lemon herb chicken piccata, village hearth, cool whip, Fruit Passions - Peaches 'N Strawberry. Snacks/Other: almonds, Light Fat Free White Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt. more...
