Well lost the bloat from last week. Feeling pretty good with last weeks progress. The big challenge will be that I leave to Florida tomorrow on vacation for 10 days. One meal at a time!
225.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
