Have been following the diet of 1500 calories daily since June 11th. Total calories consumed 23,164. Avg/ 1159 per day; Exercise: 15 out of 20 days; calories burne 5500, 27 miles. Best days: monday6/27,6/24,6/19, 6/12
307.1 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 107.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
