Started on Monday intermittent fasting 16/8. I also started walking on a treadmill twice a day for 15 minutes each. I weighed this morning and had lost 3 lbs so far. Excited for this.
270.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hello, intermittent fasting is super good for losing weight and improving health, I do it 8/16 too, walking is also great, the more the better, success.
