Very surprised i lost as much as i did, we were away for the bank holiday camping and i have drank next to no water and far too much cider :-) Ate quite well though and had lots of fresh air, maybe that was the trick!!!!
157.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
