I'm still off the booze and continue with the intermittent fasting. I'm hungry in the morning, but it's tolerable. My eating window roughly 10am to 4pm, although I shoot for 11am-5pm (or less). First meal is the biggest. Then a medium-sized second meal. I'm usually not hungry until the following morning. Drinking tea, water and the occasional Coke Zero helps.

Hit my goal of losing 10bs in Jan (actually dropped 11.5!). I want to lose 10 more in Feb (I've got a head start) and the same in March. After that, I'll be moving to the next house sit (anyone need a house sitter?!), so it's hard to make plans too far in advance.

Good job! When I'm fasting i have the zero sugar vitamin waters. (If they don't say zero in front they have sugar.) Only ones I've found so far that have 0 calories and don't use sucralose (i can't stand the taste). Since it's zero calories it won't affect your fasting period and makes me less hungry...
