weighed in friday night instead of saturday morning since i have to be up early for work. happy with the way things have been going, been slacking in the walking and not staying where I want for calories per day but still doing good.
244.8 lb Lost so far: 88.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
