Diet update: I'm still doing Baby steps -- I'm working hard on consuming at leas 3 meals day and 2 snacks. I'm still working on (and not always successful) in consuming 1-2 pieces of fruit a day. I do eat out a lot - career blessing and curse, but I choose wisely and always have major left overs that my skinny teen lives me for.
