I've been very sore from snowmobiling so I've not exercised since Saturday. Plus my grandparents gave me a big block of cheese... I'm a cheese addict. Enough said 😳 I'm going grocery shopping today so I'll get some steps in. I'm not giving up because of this small gain!! Next time - refuse cheese! I can't just eat a small portion unfortunately. My husband could try to restrict me but that wouldn't end well lol
