starting to see good results a little nervous about the couch to 5k going to start week 3 on Saturday and it does look somewhat difficulty. for 3100 push ups for july that started i did 120 push up and waited an hour and did 80. I have been practcing since monday, so I cheated a bit :)
248.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week

The first day of week 3 is HARD, but very much worth it when it is complete. What got me through it was thinking that it was actually the same amount of running in total as week 2 just structured differently. Also I focused on it being a shorter workout (just by a few minutes, as the breaks are shorter, making it overall 3 minutes shorter!

I saw it wasn't that hard now for week 4 I'm scared I'm going to get a good nights sleep and eat a good breakfast how are you doing so far? thanks for the input
