189.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

weigh ins between 184-188 and not losing anything in the past week changed my diet to a more sustainable long term-balanced low fat, normal carbs, normal calorie normal protein diet hoping that the weight loss will continue although at a more sustainable much slower pace. was previously on a high protein zero carb ultra low calorie diet and found to be constipated and not a normal sustainable diet although the weight was dropping very fast.

I have hit that 186 sticking point as well. Still staying hydrated(50-70 ounces of H2O a day). I also walk 2 miles a day. I eat enough chicken I think I'm going to sprout feathers. Just keep plodding ahead.

yes still eliminating the fat but have stopped low carbs, and low calorie have not gained any pounds yet but switched to a different scale that detects body fat percentages and found my weight to be 5 pound over with the new scale as shown in my spike on my chart. also found my body fat percentage at only 12.7 percent in the athletic range for males and borerline under fat for my age group male 40-59.

I finally got past the 186 mark. At 184 now. Where did you get new scale?

i bought from amazon it shows water percentage, weight, and body fat percentage using bioelectric impedance analysis.

measures weight in increments of 2/10 of a pound and body fat percentages in 1/10 percentage measurements and hydration levels in 1/10 percentage.

very nice progress on the 184 weight wish i could get there soon but it is going to take a long time because i'm targeting only fat reduction/ fat on the body also through aerobics, weight training.

body fat percentages are affected by hydration levels, and after eating dehydration causes a higher body fat percentage reading usually but some exceptions.

my new goal is body fat percentage reduction have been hovering between 12.7-15.6 percent want to drop my body fat percentages down to 9-10 percent once i reach that goal i will not drop anymore weight but focus on maintaining that body fat percentage leve of 9-10 percent.

I walk 2-3 miles when the weather permits. I have been in South Florida for 37 years now and when the thermometer hits below 70 I usually go to the club house gym and do the elliptical. The highs down here the last couple of days have been in the 60's and 40's at night. Way below normal for here.
