Orion's Journal, 30 July 2007

I had a great start to the week, but then had some fancy dinners out at restaurants in the last three days. Yesterday we did about 2.5 hours (~25 km) bicycling for exercise.
236.5 lb Lost so far: 38.5 lb.    Still to go: 76.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week
