My carbs are low, the exercise none. I don't know if I still get to many calories. I'm kind of getting discouraged. Maybe I should dial in my intake a little better, cut back on the cheese, mayo, ranch, bacon, and track calories better. If I could get out and walk It might be the biggest factor to get the downward trend going again. For doing Atkins/Keto diet, I should be losing faster.
