Failed to plan on 06/30/11. Bent the rules more than I'd like to, but all in all, I didn't do TOO badly. Started the day with a really good 40min brisk walk. I guess that helped to balance out my contorting of the 'rules' that would come later.
261.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
