Went to doctor today and it looks like I've eaten my way to diabetes. Time to get back on track...
239.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

so sorry about your diabetes diagnosis. Hopefully the doctor is giving you time to work on it with your new food plan. Have been on Weight Watchers for a while and really like the program. You can do this.
