I started on January 9th. Down 19 pounds and my clothes are starting to fit. My battle with weight has been hard. I feel 100% motivated to just keep moving forward. My goal is to hit 210 on the scale and then 205. I feel setting my goal at 5 pounds at a time help me see my future better. Heres a little fun fact. For every 8 pounds lost is approximately the weight of a gallon of milk. Down to 2 gallons.

That's amazing! You are losing weight so quickly. I started Jan. 1, 1200 cals a day and exercise, only 1 gallon so far!
