oops...well in hoping the numbers are due to a day early weigh in and water retention! if not its from last weekends over eating/drinking...u play, u pay! the real challenge will b this trip. I need to b sure to exercise as that will put me in a bettr frame of mind to eat bettr. I gave planned for that. now I just need to act on it!
