Three weeks and in 5kg lost. For the last week I haven't been weighing my food or calculating my calories it looks like my guesses are about correct. That removes a bit of faff. My sleep is still going badly 2-1/2hrs a night obviously not enough. Last night I listened to music for an hour before going to sleep and woke up at 1:30 the same time as the prior night.

I'm currently charging up an activity tracker to verify my patterns a see what that tells me. All said though I am clearly feeling much much better than I was.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
