Today I had cereal for breakfast and by 10 am I was really hungry so I picked up the first thing that looked good to me in the freezer which was chicken nuggets. I didn't to really eat anything else because I feared that I would go over my weight watchers points. I did eat some string cheese on my way home. Because I didn't eat a balanced meal I ate too fast and too much at dinner time. I have to plan out my meals and eat at the designated times to be successful
